Please note that due to our swimming pool insurance restrictions, we are unable to accommodate children under 16 years of age.

Minimum stay

3 nights minimum stay June, July, August & September (all other months, 2 nights minimum stay). 

Room Rates

Prices quoted are per room per night, (based on two people sharing) including breakfast and free parking.  To secure a booking, the first 2 nights' accommodation is payable as a deposit.  You can book online and pay by card or contact us separately to pay by by bank transfer.  The balance of the booking is payable 30 days in advance of arrival date.

Our room rates are:

Off-season November-March: £95 per room per night (excludes New Year period (29 December-2nd January) and Easter period (23rd March-7th Aprilwhen Main Season rate applies)

Main season April-October: £105 per room per night...£95 per room per night if you stay 4 nights or more

Single room occupancy is room rate less £15.00 per night.
